1.2 The Services are provided through platforms such as the official website (www.996btc.com), ShangLian Finance APP, WeChat Official Account, WeChat Service Account, Open Platform, and Weibo, offering information publishing and brand promotion services to individuals or enterprises. Registered users can publish information, promote brands, and manage subscriber comments.
2. Account Registration and Permissions
2.1 You need to register a ShangLian Finance account to use the Services. The account is generated by binding information such as your mobile number.
2.2 ShangLian Finance will review your registration information. You are solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy, and validity of the information provided. If any damage is caused, you shall compensate accordingly.
2.3 ShangLian Finance reserves the right to modify your published content without altering its original meaning and distribute it on relevant platforms. ShangLian Finance and its affiliates have a global, perpetual, irrevocable, free, and non-exclusive right to use any content you upload.
2.4 By using the Services, you may:
- Manage messages and interact with subscribers;
- Access subscriber counts and message click-through rates;
- Conduct brand promotion or paid subscription activities with ShangLian Finance’s consent. You agree that ShangLian Finance may charge technical service fees.
3. Protection of User Personal Information
3.1 You must provide true, accurate, legal, and valid personal information to use the Services. Incomplete or inaccurate information may limit your access.
3.2 ShangLian Finance is committed to protecting user personal information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
3.3 You must respect other users’ personal information and shall not collect, copy, store, or disseminate it in any way. You bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from such actions.
4. Content Guidelines
4.1 Platform content includes any content you create, copy, publish, or disseminate while using the Services, such as account avatars, names, descriptions, text, images, videos, etc.
4.2 You must comply with laws and social order, and shall not publish content that:
- Opposes constitutional principles;
- Endangers national security or discloses state secrets;
- Incites ethnic hatred or undermines national unity;
- Spreads rumors or disrupts social order;

4.3 You shall not publish content that disrupts platform operations or infringes on others’ rights, including but not limited to advertisements, harassment, or privacy violations.
5. Platform Usage Rules
5.1 Platform usage refers to any actions you take while using the Services, including registration, account operation, and promotion.
5.2 You shall not use the account or Services to:
- Submit false information or impersonate others;
- Coerce or induce other users to follow or share information;
- Infringe on others’ reputation,肖像权, or other legal rights;
- Promote third parties without authorization;
- Use unauthorized tools or plugins;
- Engage in illegal activities, etc.
6. Account Management
6.1 Ownership of ShangLian Finance accounts belongs to Youyang Technology Co., Ltd. Users obtain usage rights upon registration, but transfer or sale is prohibited.
6.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and shall bear legal responsibility for actions taken under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify ShangLian Finance immediately.
6.3 If you violate this Agreement, ShangLian Finance may terminate your access and reclaim your account.
7. Data Storage
7.1 ShangLian Finance is not responsible for data deletion or storage failures.
7.2 ShangLian Finance reserves the right to determine the maximum storage duration and space for user data.
7.3 If the Services are terminated, ShangLian Finance may permanently delete data and is not obligated to return it.
8. Risks and Disclaimer
8.1 You are responsible for actions taken under your account. ShangLian Finance is not liable for losses caused by user behavior.
8.2 ShangLian Finance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services at any time, and users assume this risk.
8.3 Content published by ShangLian Finance does not constitute investment advice. Users must independently assess investment risks.
9. Intellectual Property Statement
9.1 Intellectual property rights of content provided by ShangLian Finance belong to ShangLian Finance. Content created by users belongs to the users or relevant rights holders.
9.2 Software supporting the Services is owned by ShangLian Finance.
9.3 Commercial identifiers such as “ShangLian Finance” are owned by Youyang Technology Co., Ltd.
9.4 Unauthorized use or creation of derivative works is prohibited.
10. Legal Liability
10.1 If ShangLian Finance discovers or receives reports of violations, it may delete content and penalize offending accounts.
10.2 ShangLian Finance may take legal action against illegal activities, and users shall bear full legal responsibility.
10.3 If third-party claims arise due to user violations, the user shall compensate ShangLian Finance and related companies.
11. Effectiveness and Amendments
11.1 Using the Services constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement.
11.2 ShangLian Finance may amend this Agreement, and the latest version will be available on relevant pages.
11.3 Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 This Agreement is signed in Chaoyang District, Beijing, China.
12.2 The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by Chinese law.
12.3 Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, they shall be submitted to the competent court in the signing location.
12.4 Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
12.5 If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid and binding.
12.6 This Agreement takes effect on March 1, 2025.
